Online Programs

The Grow Strong Method online programs are structured, progressive rehab and strength series designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay independent. Led by exercise scientist Van Marinos, each program focuses on safe, evidence-based training tailored especially for older adults. With clear guidance and practical progressions, these programs build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term joint health — all from the convenience of home.

Live Courses

A structured 4-week program designed to improve balance, stability, and confidence in everyday movement. Combining guided in-person support with practical at-home training, this hybrid program helps build lower body strength, coordination, and fall resilience. Led by exercise scientist Van Marinos, it’s a safe, progressive approach to staying steady, strong, and independent.

Membership

An ongoing membership designed to keep you progressing, motivated, and supported all year round. Each month features new themed programs and educational workshops focused on strength, balance, mobility, and long-term joint health.
